Plastic Surgeon

Dr. Effie is a highly skilled surgeon specializing in a wide range of aesthetic, reconstructive, and hand surgery procedures. With extensive experience, she provides personalized treatment plans to address both cosmetic and functional needs.

Body Contouring

Dr. Effie offers comprehensive body contouring procedures, including:

  • Abdominoplasty and apronectomy for abdominal reshaping.
  • Belt lipectomy to address excess skin and fat around the waist.
  • Arm and thigh reduction and lift to contour and tone the limbs.
  • Breast reshaping procedures, such as mastopexy, augmentation, reduction, and correction of tubular breasts and breast asymmetry.
  • Liposuction and autologous fat grafting (fat transfer) for body sculpting.

Hand Surgery

Dr. Effie is proficient in both emergency and elective hand surgery, including:

  • Emergency care for lacerating, crushing, degloving, avulsing, and amputating injuries, covering soft tissue, tendon, bone, and nerve injuries, with expertise in replantation and revascularization.
  • Comprehensive treatment for burnt hands, including primary and secondary care.
  • Elective procedures such as palmar fasciectomy for Dupuytren’s contracture, nerve decompression, nerve grafting, tendon transfers, staged tendon repairs, synovectomy, bone fusion, and joint replacement.
